This week, Porter and his best bud Israel got to go to a music camp at a church nearby. We didn't really know what to expect, but, were so surprised to find out that the camp was all about preparing a play for us to see. It was called King of the Jungle, and I loved every minute of it from watching Porter participate in each song, to knowing that he was hearing God's word for 3 hours a day, singing about Jesus in songs for 3 hours a day, and also seeing older kids setting great examples for him too!
The choir director sent home a CD with the music, and we would listen to it in the car so he could learn the words, and we even played hot potato to it one night! What a fun week!
