We turned the corner into the Casino near Durango, CO, and were shocked to see INDIANS. I wish the kids could appriciate the sight as much as me! It was beautiful, and somewhat terrifying all at the same time. These guys (and girls), were decked out, feathers on their heads and behinds, mo-hawks, bells everywhere. It was unreal.
Also, during the POW-WOW, the kids got to go bowling, and have pizza for dinner. They were super excited, especially since there was this super cool ramp that made bowling SUPER easy and fun!
This was our first day with Grandma and Pops, and it was super special. We were so thankful for the adventure!
