Ambitious is an Understatement!

Last summer, Melody and I took the boys to Missouri. It was a quick trip, and we vowed that our next trip with our boys would be longer. This year, we sort of out did ourselves!!

We took on the task of driving across the country from Houston to Colorado, with 4 boys, and Nana!

We drove 9 hours to Midland (took us 11 hours), 7 hours to Albuquerque, and 6 hours to Durango Colorado. It was a LONG 3 days, but, once we got there, we had a great time.

My Grandma and Pops live in an RV park in the summer, and a couple that they are friends with let us stay in their RV. It was exactly the adventure that I had hoped for!

Now, we did have our bumps along the way. Jacob got sick on the way to Midland. Porter got sick in Colorado, and Joey on the way home. At least they spaced it out, and it was only a 24 hour bug with fever! It could have been so much worse, and Melody, Nana, and I were grateful that it wasn't!
